Donna Augustin, President

I have lived in Morada for 17 years. Six years ago I started Morada’s Neighborhood Watch Program. I came to the San Joaquin Valley to attend college. After graduating, I stayed in the area and taught elementary school for 13 years. While teaching, I completed my master’s degree. Currently, my husband and I are in agriculture, and we raise chickens for Foster Farms.

I loved raising our boys in Morada, and we enjoy the lifestyle Morada provides for families. My goal is to keep Morada’s lifestyle and encourage the social aspect in Morada through community events.

Debbie Tutt, Vice President

My name is Debbie Tutt. I have lived in Morada for 19 years. Several years ago my husband and I attended our first Morada Association meeting. We wanted to get more involved in our community. I am currently co-district representative with my husband for District 3, as well as Neighborhood Watch block captain for Ashley Lane.

My husband and I moved to Morada shortly after we married. We enjoy having the space between neighbors and the small town atmosphere that Morada offers. I am currently employed as a Director of Carrier Services with a telecommunications company. I have been in the telecommunications industry for close to 30 years.

My husband and I enjoy walking around Morada with our two dogs. My goal is to keep Morada’s lifestyle and increase awareness regarding the social aspect in Morada through community events.

David Tutt, Treasurer

My name is David Tutt, and I have lived in Morada for 19 years. When I was a child my parents were in the military and, as a result, we traveled around a lot. They retired when I entered high school, and we settled down in Arkansas where I completed my education. After that I slowly worked my way west until getting to California.

A couple of years ago I retired after spending almost 40 years working in the telecommunications industry. My areas of expertise were regulatory and accounting. With a little more time on my hands I decided to get more involved in the community. For several years now, my wife, Debbie, and I have served on the Morada Area Association Executive Board as Area 3 representatives and as a Neighborhood Watch block captains.

Debbie and I enjoy living in Morada and enjoy the country-life feeling and close neighborhood community. We take many walks with our dogs and enjoy dining out in the back yard with friends and family.

Darlene Aiello, Secretary

My name is Darlene Aiello. I am a graduate of USF, with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR and Business. I am retired after 36 years with Kraft Foods in Production Management, Purchasing and Sales. Commuting to the Bay Area and com- ing home to crowded neighborhoods, noise, streets lined with cars and no relaxing views, my husband and I moved to Morada 20 years ago. Here we have enjoyed a better quality of life, the beauty of nature, and neighbors who look out for each other.

After attending several MAA meetings, we knew this was the community where we wanted to be. My current position is treasurer, as well as scholarship chair. My husband, Angelo, is the Neighborhood Watch block captain for Fernwood.

We have truly enjoyed the closeness of a community involved with a strong Neighborhood Watch program, crime prevention, active lifestyle, and the great relationships with the Sheriff’s Department and the Waterloo-Morada Fire Department personnel.

My goal is to continue supporting our community by volunteering on the MAA Board, getting to know more of our residents, and helping with the social and educational events we sponsor.

Ryan Gresham, Membership Chair

My name is Ryan Gresham, and I have lived in Morada since 1998. The first thing I noticed after moving here with my family was the close-knit and supportive community. Therefore, I joined the MAA and soon became the member- ship chair. This position has allowed me to focus on promoting the Morada Area Association and meeting our members and our community. Since joining the board, I helped set up our website, MyMorada.com, our Facebook page, as well as engage with residents on Nextdoor Morada. I look forward to helping folks and getting even more involved in our community.

I am a realtor at Art Godi Realtors. My goal is also to maintain Morada’s lifestyle, and increase awareness regarding the social aspect in Morada through community events. In addition to MAA involvement, I look forward to working with next year’s board and meeting more residents.
