Reasons to Join
1. SAFETY - MAA initiated and pays for Flock cameras along the frontage road. We work closely with the the SJ County Sheriff's Dept., and Neighborrhood Watch groups to educate and communicate safety issues.
2. We serve as watchdogs
for the community in regards to development and land use.
3. We sponsor a host of family-friendly community events. MAA works with local Fire and County agencies to promote additional activities & events.
4. East Morada area newsletter. The Morada Monitor is available online and in printed form. This helps to keep residents inforfmed about activities and happenings in the neighborhood.

$100 or $150 annually per household
$50 or $75 annually for residents on
limited income. Higher amount received printed Morada Monitor Newsletter; Lower fee receives email version.

The MAA is vigilant in monitoring city, county, and state activity to be aware of new laws and zoning that could affect Morada.
The Morada Area Association (MAA), is a volunteer organization entirely supported by membership dues.
Thanks to efforts of the MAA, Morada has a “community car” to patrol Morada.
Organized and promoted by the MAA, our Neighborhood Watch program is nationally-recognized and one of the most active and effective in the nation.
